No wonder these lines are part of the song "Anthem" written by Leonard Cohen that took him over a decade to compose it. Light has always been considered as a sign of positivity which removes darkness all around. Whenever nothing is working for us, there is no hope, we feel devastated. This quote is what needs to be remembered in such situation. Very beautifully written which implies if nothing is going in our favour, we see cracks everywhere, we can try to see some opportunity as well. As light can pass through cracks so can our positive attitude keep us motivating.
